Man of Wax

A cartful of Cthulic schoolgirls falls into a sinkhole in a city street. Below the broken earth, a vault old as the city's roots, daubed with ancient runes, and a dreadful altar. Someone made a pact here, sealed away a great, dark power, and compelled its energies into building the district's prosperity.
