Everyone knows the ballads: Cathbad the Mad marched an undead army on the ancestral tower of the Nox, massacred the town, and tore down the door of the tower...only to find that Septimus Nox, and everyone inside, had vanished into thin air. Not a single soul among them was ever seen again.

The tower still stands. Workmen just found a secret chamber behind a false wall; perhaps, for a modest fee, you'd lend your expert adventuring opinion on the dangers within...?
