Errata to Character Creation Summary

There was some embarrasingly out-of-date information in the summary about how picking Ganzfeld starting Flow techniques works; that's been fixed, along with an added note that additional information on building a Ganzfeld, Manx, or Homunculoid can be found in their dedicated chapters.
